We recently completed a project at Stonehill, a newly built residential complex in West Orange, NJ. Our design included modern grills, a lush turf area, a dedicated dog park, and sustainable landscaping. The thoughtfully designed grills were strategically placed for convenience and social gatherings, blending functionality with visual appeal.
The turf area provides a green space for relaxation and recreational activities, using low-maintenance artificial turf to ensure a vibrant look year-round. Our landscaping incorporates a variety of plants and trees to create a serene environment designed to be both beautiful and sustainable with minimal upkeep.
We also designed a modern pond at the entrance of Stonehill, enhancing the aesthetic appeal. Social spaces, recreational zones, and overall aesthetic appeal were key design elements.
